An SEO Specialist must have:

- Proven SEO experience
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and on-line customer acquisition
- A strong Digital Skill set focused around SEO, SEM, Social media and display advertising campaigns
- Small working knowledge of HTML, CSS in order to optimise H1,H2 etc on web pages.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- Ability to apply White Hat methods
- Understanding an experience with the following SEO software; Webmaster tools, Google Ananlytics, SEOMOZ, SEM Rush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Keywordtool.ie, Alexa and other popular keyword researching tools.

Responsibilities:

- Optimise copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Continuously improve practices and content for optimum service to clients websites, promoting new ideas to clients at all opportunities
