Job Description:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a knack for research to play a key role in our lead generation efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and compile a targeted list of retailers in the U.S. who specialize in woodworking, woodturning, and related industries that heavily utilize glue.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth online research to find retailers specializing in woodworking/woodturning products and supplies, furniture, hardware, hobby models, lapidary, etc. The focus is on businesses that are heavy users of glue.
Utilize your research skills to identify and verify relevant business information such as company name, location, contact information, website, and social media presence.
Organize and maintain accurate records of leads in Excel or Google Sheets, ensuring data integrity and easy access for the sales team.
Generate regular reports on lead generation progress, highlighting key findings and insights.
Assist in refining lead generation strategies based on research findings and feedback.
Job Requirements:

Proven experience in conducting accurate and deep research online.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and report generation.
Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
Prior experience with web scraping or data extraction techniques is a plus.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with the team.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
A passion for woodworking or related industries is a bonus.

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
