Email Marketing Specialist

Y1 Sport are looking for someone with strong experience using Klaviyo email marketing software to manage our emails daily and grow revenue for the business to our mailing list and repeat customers. To apply for this role you must fully understand Klaviyo and have worked on this before so you can start making an impact on day 1 when you join the business. You will be asked to demonstrate this in the interview process, so please don't apply if you haven't used this software before.

We are a UK based sports startup company, we have 12 employees in the UK and 9 in the Philippines.

Role:
- To start we will require you to set up lots of the backend flows and templates in Klaviyo, as we have just moved to this platform from MailerLite.
- Setting up automations - using clever flows to get more sign ups to the mailing list and also engage with potential customers
- Sign up forms, lead generation landing pages, customer follow up emails
- Email Marketing Calendar - being organised with a calendar which maps out all of our email sends each week and month
- Designing and sending daily emails
- A/B testing - testing different subjects and creatives to see what drives the best open rate and click through
- Segmenting and product tagging - sending highly targeted emails to specific customers in our database based on their purchasing habits
- Weekly reporting - Reporting into the team to give insight into key statistics of revenue driven through our emails
