Customer Service Roofing

Looking for someone that is able to take phone calls from customers requesting an update on their project. And also make outbound welcome calls to sold customers. Must have extensive customer service background and be able to make customers feel heard and understood as well as be able to provide detailed updates and assist with their needs. This could be: Project updates from our CRM, resending invoices, call forwarding to the correct employees to handle escalations etc
