We’re a young but quickly growing company and we’re looking for our next HR & Recruiting Assistant to join the team! This position will work directly with our HR Managers to assist them with their small business clients providing custom HR solutions. Our clients may need an extra set of HR hands, or have partnered with us to build their HR department from the ground up.
This is a 100% remote position working US hours (flexible). We are looking for a full-time person that is only working with our organization. Plus, you’d get to work with an amazing group of HR professionals who all help & encourage each other.
On any given day, you could be providing support to our HR team on any of the below:
Recruiting (job descriptions/posting, sourcing, resume collection and review, pre-screen interviews, scheduling interviews with hiring manager(s), job offer)
HR reports and audit(s)
Employee handbook and policy development
Benefit implementation and/or administration
HRIS implementation and automation
Employee onboarding and offboarding
Culture programs
Internal company marketing collateral such as culture events, benefits summary documents, onboarding presentations
Payroll (processing, new state tax set up, troubleshooting)
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the HR department and organizational goals
What will make you successful in this role (skills):
Excellent English communication, written and verbal skills, required.
3+ years of relevant HR or recruiting experience in a US company with less than 500 employees.
Solid understanding of HR systems and ability to learn new systems.
