* We're looking for someone with experience working with remote sales. That understands how to qualify, and book appointments for potential new leads.
Someone with a lot of experience handling/managing incoming support requests, high-volume of requests and can still stay organized while accurately and best serving customers.

What Is The Job:
We run a Holiday lighting company that services high-end customers who wish to have Christmas lighting professionally installed in their homes.
We receive a high volume of requests, mostly inbound requests, and the job entails reaching out to these potential customers quickly, accurately, and friendly.
Each interaction with a customer will involve:
1. Greet customer and gather general information about their goals
2. Try to answer questions and then try to qualify them based on various criteria
3. Put together digital quotes for the customer and give either exact, or ballpark pricing on a case by case basis
4. Determine whether the potential client is serious or not, and book in-person appointments for a sale person
5. Follow-up with customers to try and close them on their projects
6. General CRM management. Involving updating CRM data, taking notes on clients, following up with leads until we sell or book an appointment, confirming in-person appointments, etc.
Training for all of these tasks will be provided.
This is a very fast paced job that gets extremely busy during November. Please do not apply if you do not think that you can handle high-volume of work, and some stress.

Requirements:
You're going to be dealing with high-end customers that require attention to detail, professionalism, and consistency.
These are the skills/attributes that are required to be considered for this job.
1. Excellent verbal and written American English.
This includes being able to communicate clearly with excellent enunciation, not slurring words, and understanding some level of American idioms and colloquialisms.
2. Very detail oriented and organized
You will be handling anywhere from 25-30 customers per day. Including phone calls, text messages, CRM updates, preparing quotes, following up with leads. If you are not detail oriented and organized, you will mess up and will not enjoy working this job.
3. High work-ethic and honesty
This is a seasonal business that allows us very little time for mistakes. We really need someone in our corner that we can trust to show up, do a good job, and be honest.
Mistakes happen, especially in a rush. We don't care. We expect our tea
4. Ability to work US Hours. 8am-4pm OR Afternoon shift (3pm-8pm) plus weekends.

Compensation
Base pay is 45,000 PHP/mo paid bi-weekly for 40 hours per week.
There will be many opportunities for overtime, weekend work, and more.
