INSTAGRAM VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Role Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Instagram Virtual Assistant. This role will primarily involve management of several Instagram accounts.

Responsibilities:
FYP Alignment: This is a process that will tailor fit your IG FYP to the desired theme and branding.
Uploading IG reels from uploaded TikToks
Changing Tiktoks to be reposted to several IG accounts
Interacting with followers
Pro-actively making suggestions that will help grow our following while targeting the right demographic
Audience Insights: Gather insights on Instagram audience demographics, preferences, and behaviors as basis if the content is aligned with the branding and theme.
Data Compilation: Compile and organize research findings into clear reports for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok (Must have)
Analytical Thinking
Research skills (Good to have)
Adaptability, Diligence, & Organization
Professional communication
Spare phone (Good to have)
Reliable to fast internet connection (Must have)
Prior experience (Good to have)

Compensation: This job is a FULL TIME role with a rate of $3/hour.
