PBN Wordpress Developer

We are seeking a skilled WordPress developer to be our PBN guru and take charge of managing, maintaining, and enhancing the aesthetic, efficiency, and privacy of our existing private blog network.

Additionally, you will be required to carry out technical SEO audits and website fixes to optimize our network and client sites for search engines and ensure top performance.

Responsibilities:

- Configure new domains to hosting platforms such as Cloudways. Be proficient with cPanel and basic web hosting setup and management.
- Set up and configure Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).
- Install and set up SSL certificates.
- Deploy WordPress installations with unique themes and core pages in a repeatable way.
- Revive old pages by redirecting 404s to the homepage or other means.
- Set up and link MainWP/Manage WP.
- Refresh outdated websites based on our standard page and design requirements.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix technical issues, including site speed optimization.
- Verify crawlability of internal pages to maintain search engine visibility, using tools like Screaming Frog.
- Implement measures to maintain the privacy of the network, including blocking crawlers from viewing our network.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements to enhance website performance and search engine visibility.
- Optimize website structure, internal linking, and page speed for SEO.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to website indexing, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt files.
- Use SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to monitor and improve website performance.
- Implement schema markup and structured data to enhance search visibility.
- Help keep track of our PBN links in a database.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in WordPress, including installation, configuration, and customization.
- Strong knowledge of domain management, SSL certificates, hosting platforms, and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing site speed.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and best practices.
- Preferred Experience with SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush highly regarded.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Prior experience with PBN Networks, Cloudways, and Cloudflare, as well as general SEO practices.

This role will be for 40 hours per week, working regular hours, using TopTracker to track and report on hours. We are based in Australia, and require someone to work regular hours, 7am to 3pm (or close to).
