Landscape Estimator/Designer/Sales Assistant

This position will assist both the President and other key staff members.

The specific roles of a Landscape Estimator/Sales Assistant consist of the following:
- Work with onsite Sales Professionals to assist with designs for clients (working with sales and designer)
- Take landscape ideas to help work with other designers to complete designs.
- Create estimates based on the design created
- Use industry-specific software to analyze projects once they are complete to help create production rates
- Assist design projects in 2D and 3D landscape designs.
- Work on landscapes for residential, commercial, and other sites
- Selling soft scapes and hardscapes

- Communicate with Sales Professionals to make sure the project meets the client’s expectations

Candidate must meet the following requirements
- Be able to speak, write, and use proper English
- Be familiar with landscape design programs
- Extensive horticulture/plant knowledge for northern Zone 6 climates (Northeast Ohio)
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Maintain great organization skills with keen attention to detail
- Have worked for a US company previously
- Ability to learn company estimating software - Aspire
- Must be able to work EST time szone.

Full-time position from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
