Experienced Virtual Assistant/Web Master

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant/Web Master.

After a 3 month probation, you will be asked to run my business, largely, on your own. You will be my trusted advisor.

You need to have a lot of experience:
* building a lot of good quality websites ( NOT only Wordpress) from scratch
* do ADVANCED KW research, use google analytics etc.
* bring lots of traffic daily/ do Advanced SEO/lots of link building
* be a graphic designer
* know a lot about affiliate marketing/market affiilate products
* do e-commerce
* build squidoo lens fast
* do video editing ( maybe making too)
* know about article marketing/article directories
* use Amazon/social media
* help put content/ebooks on sites
* be creative and have good work ethic
* be willing to learn/find things on your own
* be a positive person
* plan things ahead
* have good ideas
