About the Role:
We are looking for an Amazon Seller Central Account Manager with an expert level knowledge in all things Amazon Seller Central. We are looking for someone to take charge and help run our Amazon account, grow it, and care for it as if it were your own. We are not a private label seller so a lot of our asins will have other sellers on them as well. Because of this knowledge of the wholesale business model is a plus but not necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Product listing optimization
Create Cases working with seller support
General Customer Service
Use of Flat Files for Listing changes
Work in Brand Registry
Basic bookkeeping recording expenses
Prepare Shipments
Log upcoming inventory ordered into our system
Inventory Management
Feedback Requests
Create Seller Sku’s
Repricing
Reimbursement Management
Fix stranded Inventory
Other Tasks may include:
Working with our graphic designer on Image/A+ content
Working within our GSuite account
General project management
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3+ years of experience working in Amazon Seller Central.
Fluent speaking and writing of the English language (this includes good grammar!)
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on e-commerce.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Google Drive.
Good understanding of Amazon’s Terms of Service/policies and their fluidity.
Must be able to problem-solve technical issues.
Candidates should know how to do tasks such as getting an asin out of hazmat, looking through Amazon business reports for clues on how to improve our account and then putting that information into action driving positive results. Expert in flat files, changing existing listings to drive more traffic and sales, working with seller support to troubleshoot issues and getting them resolved quickly and efficiently.
