Virtual Assistant - Outbound/Inbound Sales & Customer Support

We are a residential cleaning business based in Austin, TX. We are looking for someone to handle inbound sales calls, inbound leads from Facebook and other social media platforms, engage with previous leads not sold to convert them into clients, customer support from 8a-4p Central Time. M-F.

We also need some to manage our providers (cleaners) with scheduling and payments.

The following are platforms that we use.
Prospecting/lead generation platforms: Google Local Service Ads, Thumbtack and others.

Social media: Facebook & Instagram

CRM: GoHighLevel
Scheduling Software: BookingKoala
Phone system: GrassHopper
Provider communications: Slack

There will be an hourly rate, plus commissions and bonuses.

I need someone who can manage cleaners, take inbound sales calls, make outbound warm calls (clients we haven't booked), make outbound cold calls to businesses, property management companies and apartment complexes, engage on social media, post on social media and if possible, SEO optimization.
