**Ensure thumbnails align with the brand’s visual identity and style guidelines, maintaining consistency across all design assets.
**Collaborate closely with video producers, marketers, and content creators to understand their vision and requirements for each thumbnail.
**Optimize thumbnails for different platforms and devices, ensuring they look great on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
**Revise and adjust thumbnail designs based on feedback from stakeholders and performance metrics to improve effectiveness.
**Stay updated with the latest design trends and platform guidelines to create modern and relevant thumbnails that resonate with target audiences.
**Manage multiple thumbnail design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality across all deliverables.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
