Job Description:
-Oversee the management and maintenance of buildings.
-Coordinate inspections, investigations, and maintenance with technicians.
-Document and compile reports related to building operations.
-Manage communication with workers and subcontractors regarding building improvements and new developments.
-Handle safety and security systems.
-Respond to job requests and emergency situations as needed.
-Read and interpret building plans and basic designs.

Qualifications:
-Graduate of any Engineering course or Architecture.
-At least 1 year of relevant experience in building maintenance operations or management.
-Proficiency in reading plans and basic design.
-Ability to start ASAP.
