**Job Title: Client Onboarding and Operations Manager**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Onboarding and Operations Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for our clients while maintaining strong communication and follow-up throughout the process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Proposals:** Prepare and send detailed proposals to prospective clients, ensuring all information is accurate and aligns with client needs and company offerings.

- **Follow-Up Communication:** Maintain consistent communication with clients through email, providing updates and answering any questions to keep them informed and engaged throughout the onboarding process.

- **Call Reminders:** Send timely reminders to clients before their scheduled calls or meetings to ensure preparedness and attendance.

- **Client Onboarding:** Seamlessly onboard new clients into our internal systems, including Slack and Notion, providing them with all necessary information and access.

- **Payment Collection:** Manage and track payment collection from clients, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.

- **Sales Pipeline Management:** Oversee the Go High Level sales pipeline, ensuring clients are properly tagged, categorized, and have detailed notes for future reference and action items.

- **Documentation & Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, onboarding progress, and follow-up actions, providing regular updates to the team.

- **Process Improvement:** Continuously evaluate and refine onboarding processes to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in client onboarding, customer service, or operations management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (preferably Go High Level), Slack, Notion, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
