Job Title: Human Resource Expert (Australian HR Law)
Location: Offshore / WFH

We are looking for Human Resource Expert who will be based in their own home office.

Job Summary: The Human Resource Expert will provide expert guidance and support on all HR matters related to Australian employment law. This role involves managing compliance, addressing complex HR issues, and advising on legal matters to ensure that the organisation adheres to current regulations and best practices.
The successful person will also be required to manage and run the payroll reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Employment Law, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with an Australian company is a must.
• Extensive knowledge of Australian employment law, including Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Experience in HR with a focus on legal compliance.
• Can do Payroll.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ethics and integrity.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced work environment.
MUST HAVEs.
1. Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
2. Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office, particularly MS EXCEL.
3. Ability to multi-task, is flexible and shows eagerness to learn and be trained.
4. Possess the values of importance, respect, diligence, patience, loyalty, honesty, and integrity.
5. His/her own computer or laptop & two screens (monitors)
6. Excellent internet connection.
REMUNERATION and WHAT WE PROVIDE
Work Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Melbourne Australian Time Zone), Monday-Friday
Salary: Full-Time - 50,000 PESO per month / Part-Time - 300 PESO an hour (4 hours per day)
Probation (Trial) Period: 3 months
The below remunerations are only applicable for Full-Time:
Annual Increase: 1,000 PESO anniversary date
Holidays: 20 days paid holiday per year.
Sick Leave: 10 days paid sick leave per year.
Bonus: Additional Month Salary each DECEMBER (pro-rata)
Public Holidays: Australian Public Holidays
