Job Summary:
We are seeking a Google Tag Manager Specialist to enhance and oversee the implementation of conversion tracking across Google, Meta, Pinterest & LinkedIn advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure precise conversion tracking and data flow into Google Analytics and other related tools, providing clear insights that drive our strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Implement and manage Google Tag Manager across various platforms including WordPress, Shopify, Magento, and custom websites for both e-commerce and lead generation.
-Configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta advertising, ensuring accurate event data synchronization with Google Analytics.
-Provide clear, concise documentation and explanations of tracking setups and issues to facilitate understanding among tea
-Conduct regular audits and optimizations of tracking implementations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data collection and reporting.
-Collaborate with internal teams and channel managers to enhance tracking strategies and resolve any tracking-related issues.
Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel for tracking setup in a SEM/Social media context.
-Demonstrable experience with a variety of content management systems including WordPress, Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce.
-Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
-Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details in simple terms.
-Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
-Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in digital marketing technologies and methodologies.
Desirable:
-Experience with Google Merchant Centre and managing shopping feeds for e-commerce clients.
-Advanced experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking set-up across Google advertising, Meta, Pinterest & LinkedIn advertising.
