Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dropshipping Supply Chain Manager with expertise in the fashion niche. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, ensuring that our fashion products are sourced, processed, and delivered with speed and precision. Your focus will be on maintaining accuracy in sizing, conducting quality checks, and ensuring that quotes and other critical tasks are completed within 24 hours. This position requires availability during the specified hours in the Amsterdam timezone and a commitment to fast, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Fast-Paced Supply Chain Management:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the fashion supply chain, focusing on speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure that all tasks, including quoting, ordering, and quality checks, are completed within a 24-hour timeframe.
Monitor inventory levels and manage reordering processes swiftly to prevent any delays.

Supplier and Factory Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, particularly those on platforms like 1688.
Quickly source and evaluate new suppliers and factories to expand product offerings while ensuring quality and reliability.
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals, ensuring a fast turnaround on quotes and agreements.

Logistics and Order Fulfillment:
Oversee logistics operations from order placement to delivery, ensuring that shipments are processed and tracked quickly and accurately.
Actively monitor tracking numbers and follow up on any potential delays, ensuring prompt resolution.
Collaborate with logistics partners to maintain fast and reliable delivery times.

Quality Control, Sizing Accuracy, and Conversion:
Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure all fashion products meet high standards, with a particular focus on sizing accuracy.
Possess experience in converting Asian sizes to European sizes and be adept at converting sizing tables accurately.
Conduct quick and thorough quality checks, ensuring that all sizing information is correct and consistent across different regions.
Address any quality or sizing issues with suppliers immediately to prevent customer dissatisfaction.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Fashion Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, specifically in the fashion industry and dropshipping.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of fashion sizing standards, with proven experience in converting Asian sizes to European sizes and converting sizing tables accurately.
Experience working with suppliers on platforms like 1688, with a focus on fast turnaround times.
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in tracking shipments, managing quick quality checks.
Ability to work efficiently within the specified hours of 01:00 AM - 12:00 PM Amsterdam timezone.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on speed and accuracy.

Proficiency in supply chain management software and e-commerce platforms.
Experience with international logistics and fast-paced cross-border shipping.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively and swiftly.
