About the Job:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team as Cold Callers. Your main task will be to call potential customers, introduce our products or services, and persuade them to take action. This is a full-time position where you will work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.



What You Will Do:



Make up to 200 calls each day to potential customers.
Build rapport with people quickly and engage them in meaningful conversations.
Explain the benefits of our products or services and why they need them.
Overcome objections and remain persistent, even when faced with rejection.
Accurately record important details from your conversations for follow-up.



What You Need to Be Good At:



Communicating clearly and effectively over the phone.
Thinking on your feet and adapting to different situations.
Being punctual, reliable, and committed to your work schedule.
Understanding and empathizing with people’s needs and concerns.
Staying motivated and not giving up, even after multiple rejections.
Enjoying the challenge of selling and being comfortable with cold calling.

Have previous experience in sales, especially in cold calling.
Are familiar with our products or industry.
Are proficient with basic computer skills and CRM software.
Can stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
Are good at solving problems and finding solutions on the spot.

Rapport Building: “Describe your strategies for quickly establishing rapport with potential clients over the phone.”
Call Preparation: “Walk us through your pre-call process. What research or planning do you typically do?”
Adaptability: “How do you tailor your pitch to different prospects? Provide an example of adjusting your approach mid-call.”
Communication Skills: “How do you utilize tone and pacing in your calls? Give examples of how you’ve adjusted these elements for success.”
Resilience: “What methods do you employ to maintain motivation during extended periods of cold calling, particularly when facing repeated rejections?”
Objection Handling: “Describe your approach to overcoming common objections. Can you provide a specific example?”
Goal Setting: “How do you set and track your cold calling goals? What metrics do you prioritize?”



Scenarios:

Scenario #1 - Wellbeing Spa: You’re calling the owner of a medium-sized wellbeing Spa known for its unique massages and pedicures. The owner is busy and sounds distracted. Your goal is to quickly establish rapport and book an appointment to discuss a potential feature in a major news outlet’s online article. Share your opening speech.

Scenario #2 - SaaS Founder: You’re reaching out to the CEO of a new tech startup with an innovative SaaS product for Instagram. The CEO is skeptical of cold calls. Your task is to overcome their objections, demonstrate value, and secure an appointment to discuss featuring their product in a major network’s ‘Tech Innovation’ article. Share your initial pitch.
