Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission plus base salary role where you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, and closing high-ticket sales through targeted outbound efforts on social media and other channels. You will have access to curated lead lists and advanced AI tools to assist in the lead generation process.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach. Identify and qualify potential clients who could benefit from our high-ticket digital marketing services. Utilize curated lead lists and AI tools to streamline and enhance the lead generation process. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects. Schedule and conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential clients. Build and maintain relationships with prospects to ensure ongoing engagement and conversion. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and close deals to earn commissions. Track and report on sales activities and results using CRM software.

Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for prospecting and sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. High level of integrity and professionalism. Ability to learn and utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance sales processes.
