Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission plus base salary role where you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, and closing high-ticket sales through targeted outbound efforts on social media and other channels. You will have access to curated lead lists and advanced AI tools to assist in the lead generation process.

Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for prospecting and sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. High level of integrity and professionalism. Ability to learn and utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance sales processes.
