We manage a diverse portfolio of properties in Central London, ensuring each is optimized for maximum revenue while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team, somebody that wants to join a fast growing startup with ambitions to grow within the company. Key Responsibilities:
- As an experienced Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our portfolio of vacation rental properties. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and signing new property owners. This role requires relevant sales experience as you will work with quality leads (not appointment setting or pure cold calls).
Sales Calls & Pipeline: Conduct sales calls and follow-up
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth objectives.
Part-time: To start with, you will work 5h per day, Monday - Friday. You will be active and working during daytime UK timezone.
Qualifications:
Experience: MUST have 3-4+ years of quality sales account experience, preferably in real estate, property management, hospitality, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Very important to have EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills in English with a proven ability to persuade and close deals.
Self-Motivated: Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: Hourly salary + an attractive commission structure for every closed deal. A good sales person can currently close between 4-6 properties/month. Commission $250/deal. As the number of leads grows the potential of closing more properties will grow as well.
