Our Company is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves interacting with customers, managing workflow, and ensuring smooth operations within our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:
-Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp,
-Answer calls on the office phone promptly and professionally.
-Contact customers with vehicle updates via call or message.
Workflow Management:
-Organize and update workflow on Shopmonkey to ensure efficient operations.
Delivery Monitoring:
-Monitor the Ring system for deliveries Inventory and Supplies:
-Update inventory records accurately and timely.
-Follow up with vendors on ordered parts to ensure timely delivery.
-Purchase shop supplies on various online platforms
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in a customer service role.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-Familiarity with Shopmonkey or similar workflow management software is a plus.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
