Salary: $400 per month (with the opportunity to increase to $600 based on performance)

Job Type: 6 Hours Per Day (Saturdays off)

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and organized Influencer Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, has a knack for building relationships, and understands the power of influencer marketing in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach: Send 100 direct messages (DMs) per day to potential influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, introducing them to our brand and exploring partnership opportunities.

Minimum Qouta: To start we will have a set bidget to work with, a minimum amount of posts and views for the campaign.

Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with influencers, ensuring they have all the necessary information and support to represent our brand effectively.

Campaign Coordination: Organize and oversee influencer posts, including setting timelines, providing product details, and ensuring posts align with our brand’s image and goals.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of influencer partnerships, including engagement rates and overall impact on brand visibility.

Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from influencers and followers to improve our influencer marketing strategy and product offerings.

Opportunity for Growth: With consistent and high-quality work, there is an opportunity to increase your pay to $600 per month.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in influencer marketing or social media management is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and professional messages.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple relationships and campaigns simultaneously.

Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, and an understanding of current trends.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet daily outreach targets.
