Business Processes Improvement Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Process Improvement Engineer to join our team on a fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and drive process improvements effectively.??

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews to map current processes in detail using process mapping software such as Microsoft Visio
- Quantify value-added and non-value-added time on each process to streamline operations.
- Calculate the current state of completeness and accuracy for all processes.
- Calculate the total costs associated with each step of the process to identify areas for cost reduction.
- Identify the critical path of processes to optimize efficiency and help prioritize processes improvement efforts
- Rank each process step for improvement based on financial impact to prioritize efforts.
- Proactively suggest methods to simplify and automate processes to enhance employee productivity and improve service quality and consistency
- Convert finalized processes into standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent implementation.
- Maintain and update a catalog of standard operating procedures to ensure up-to-date practices.

Requirements:
- Certification in lean processes or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in process improvement, with a track record of successful project management.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
