About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our marketing agency team. This role involves setting appointments for our company and our clients through cold calling and outbound sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities

Make 5-8 hours of cold calls daily to potential clients
Set quality appointments for our sales team or clients
Use Zoho CRM to manage leads and track activities
Achieve weekly and monthly appointment setting targets
Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups

Requirements

Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Experience with cold calling and appointment setting
Familiarity with Zoho CRM (preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Resilience and positive attitude in handling rejections

Preferred Qualifications

Successful sales experience
Experience in a marketing agency environment
Knowledge of various industries and business types

Working Hours
Part time (25 hours) or
Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week are available.
We are a US based business so US business hours are required.
