Remote IT Expert (Proficient with WordPress and CRMs)

We are seeking a skilled IT Expert to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with WordPress and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This role is crucial for managing our digital platforms, optimizing website performance, and ensuring smooth CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, update, and optimize WordPress websites to ensure functionality and security.
Implement and maintain CRM systems to improve customer relationship management.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to WordPress and CRM platforms.
Collaborate with different departments to understand and implement their IT needs.
Ensure website and CRM integrations are seamless and data is accurately captured.
Provide training and support to tea ---------- mbers on WordPress and CRM usage.

Requirements:
1. An excellent internet speed - 10 MBPS Upload and Download.
2. Willing to be in the Zoom Breakout room to collaborate with tea ---------- mbers during shift.
3. Willing to make use of time-tracking software.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM Eastern Time.
