Role Overview: As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to online coaches and influencers to build and nurture professional relationships through Instagram. Your responsibilities will include managing outreach, and tracking engagement metrics. This role is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify potential online coaches and influencers in relevant niches.
Reach out to identified prospects via Instagram.
Maintain and update records of outreach activities and responses in our Excel system.
Follow up on initial outreach.
Collaborate with the team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts and suggest improvements.

Requirements:
Proven experience or knowledge in the Instagram marketing space
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using digital communication tools and Excel system.
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Compensation:
This position offers a performance-based pay structure, with an average monthly compensation of $600. Performance bonuses may be available based on your results and achievements.
