Job Description:
As a WordPress Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing WordPress websites. You will work closely with our development and design teams to ensure that our websites are running smoothly, are visually appealing, and are optimized for performance and SEO. Your role will also involve content management, plugin updates, troubleshooting, and ensuring website security.

Responsibilities:
Website Management: Regularly update, maintain, and manage WordPress websites, including content updates, theme customizations, and plugin installations.
Content Management: Assist in the creation, formatting, and publishing of content, ensuring it is visually appealing and aligned with SEO best practices.
Plugin and Theme Updates: Keep all WordPress plugins and themes up to date, ensuring compatibility and functionality across the website.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to website performance, functionality, and user experience.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a WordPress Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and the WordPress dashboard.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic PHP for minor customizations, is a plus.
Experience with content management and familiarity with SEO best practices.
Knowledge of website optimization techniques, including performance and security enhancements.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Divi is a plus.
Strong communication skills verbal and writing in English
