Fluent English-Speaking Virtual Assistant for Dog Training Business

Are you a fluent English-speaking virtual assistant looking for an exciting long-term opportunity in the dog training industry? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a salaried position.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
-Fluent in English
-Ability to work on EST and MST timezone hours in the United States
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
-Reliable and good internet
-WhatsApp app to Communicate

Responsibilities:
-Post daily Google updates on our pages (3 different pages for 3 locations)
-Post daily on our Facebook and Instagram pages. (3 different pages for 3 locations)
-Request and respond to client reviews in our calendar (3 different pages for 3 locations)
-Basic proficiency in ChatGPT, Canva, and basic editing software (e.g., CapCut, VideoLeap)
-Create short-form highlight videos from our YouTube videos, for social media using editing software. (3 different pages for 3 locations)
-Spend a few hours each day re-engaging previous leads by phone and forwarding interested leads to our team trainers. (for 2 different phone lines, 2 of my locations funnel through the same phone number because they are close together.)
-Use AI software to write, optimize, and post blogs on our website (3 different pages for 3 locations)
-Design graphics in Canva for social media (these graphics can be reused for my other locations)
-Send out bi-monthly newsletters to our client list (for each location)
-Send bi-monthly text messages using our texting system (for each location)
-Perform various administrative tasks as needed
-Assist in going through job applications and pre-screen to setup interviews for me, the owner. All this is done through our job hiring software.

Position Details:
This is a long-term, salaried position.
We are seeking a candidate who can commit to working with us for the long haul.
