We operate a company that manages investments and handles funds. We focus on improving our systems to ensure our clients receive accurate and timely service. Because of growing demand for our services, we need to hire more professionals, such as accountants, engineers, or finance experts, to handle our clients' needs and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Data Management: Enter and update client information in our system to keep it accurate. You need to be detail-oriented and good with CRM tools.
• Report Preparation: Create and edit reports and proposals using Adobe for client meetings. This requires strong skills in understanding and summarizing financial data.
• Meeting Preparation: Help get ready for meetings by making Google Slides presentations and checking meeting details via
• Team Support: Assist the team by preparing financial statements and other documents. You’ll use your interpersonal skills to provide helpful insights and recommendations.
• Workflow Adherence and Improvement: Follow our set procedures carefully and suggest ways to make them better. You need to be skilled in financial software and able to work both independently and with the team.
• Documentation: Complete paperwork and make sure all documents are accurate and meet regulatory standards. Accuracy is key here.
• Onboarding and DocuSign: Help new clients get started and send out necessary materials using DocuSign. Professionalism in managing these processes is important.
• QBO Experience: Use QuickBooks Online to handle tasks like creating journal entries, categorizing transactions, preparing financial documents, and reconciling accounts monthly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• The role offers flexibility in working hours, with a requirement to work at least half of the hours during US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Compensation:
• $8/hour during a three-month training and onboarding period.
• $9/hour for the following nine months.
• $10 to $12/hour after one year, depending on performance.
• OFS PhilHealth and SSS monthly self-payments are reimbursable.
