Experienced VA

Dump Truck Dispatcher is a rapidly growing US company that needs an experienced Virtual Assistant. We use Hubspot for our CRM and WordPress for our website, so experience with those platforms is a plus. The following are some of the duties.
- Research and clean up leads
- Review videos of meetings and make sure these notes get into Hubspot
- Respond to customers via email and chat in response to common issues
- Post documentation and release notes to our website
- Research and create content related to our industry
- Create "How To" documents and videos. Don't worry; we already have good documentation and training videos that you can use as the basis for these videos and guides. We use a Product named Guidde ( ---------- ) to simplify this process.

I'm looking for someone who can work at least 20 hours per week.
