VSL Video Editor for E-com Brand (BIG BONUSES)

We're looking for a full-time video editor familiar with editing fast-paced content for advertising. You will be part of the advertising Team for our eCommerce Brand and you will edit the best performing Ads for Facebook and YouTube, working with scripts written by professional copywriters and video content we provide.

You will also need to constantly analyze the editing top performing VSL's (we will provide them) to understand better the editing strategy and pacing so you can always improve your editing skills and the creatives.

The Payment: $1000/month fixed retainer + the following bonuses: +$50 for each winning hook you edit (first 3 seconds of the video); + 150 for each winning lead you edit (first 30 to 90 seconds of the video); +400 for each winning video you edit By "winning" it means that the specific part you edit spends over 15,000$ in adspend with a ROAS above 2;

We are planning on launching at least 3-4 new VSL's every WEEK so it's possible to get paid a bonus of at $1000 a month, because if you're good, you'll produce at least 2 winning VSL's/month. We are looking for someone to work long-term with us which can become the manager of the video editing team in the next months and scale up his salary.

As a bonus, we have access to bunch of courses and insights related to VSL's worth of more than $20,000 and we will provide access to them too.
