Social Media Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Social Media Content Strategist with a strong focus on Instagram. This role is ideal for someone who understands the intricacies of social media management, content creation, and audience engagement, particularly among Gen Z. You will be responsible for strategizing and managing our social media presence, creating visually appealing content, and promoting our blog and podcast across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Instagram Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase reach and engagement on Instagram.
- Optimize the Instagram profile and content to resonate with the Gen Z audience.

Content Creation & Editing:
- Create and edit simple, yet engaging visual content using tools like Capcut and Canva, tailored to the preferences of Gen Z.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and appeals to the target demographic.

Promotion of Blog & Podcast Content:
- Promote blog posts and podcast episodes on Instagram and other social media platforms to increase visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly on Instagram.
- Proficiency in basic content creation tools like Capcut and Canva.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Technical Requirements (must have):
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation Feature
Working Webcam
Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection

Salary: Up to PHP 38,500 per month
