Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Video Editing:
o Proficiency in editing short-form videos for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
o Make short trailers from long form videos.
o Experience with basic editing tools such as CapCut, with an emphasis on professional editing that aligns with brand aesthetics.
o Strong Story-Telling ability, Identifying hooks, and optimising view retention.
o Familiarity with AI tools for video enhancement is a plus.
o Familiarity with Simple Animation/ Visual Aid will be a plus.
2. Photo Editing:
o Skilled in editing house photos using AI tools for high-quality real estate visuals.
o Experience in using tools like Canva and Photoshop for creating and enhancing visuals.
3. Social Media Management:
o Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for engagement.
o Proficiency in managing Instagram and other social media accounts.
o Experience in planning, scheduling, and posting content.
4. Branding and Creativity:
o Strong understanding of branding and the ability to create content that aligns with the brand’s identity.

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Edit and enhance short-form videos for social media using tools like CapCut, ensuring professional quality that aligns with brand standards.
2. Edit and optimize house photos using AI tools, ensuring they meet high standards for real estate marketing.
3. Create and edit visuals for Instagram/TikTok using Canva or similar tools.
4. Assist with any other tasks related to social media management and content creation as needed.
5. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and strategies.
6. Provide regular updates and reports on Video Editing/ Content management.
Ideal Candidate:
• Someone with a background in video and photo editing, particularly in a social media context.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and creative, with a strong understanding of branding.
• Comfortable working full-time remotely, managing their own time effectively.
• Passionate about social media trends and staying up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques.
Work Schedule:
• Full-time employment: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break).
Content Goals:
• Post High-quality videos on TikTok, 1-3 times a week.
