Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, basic WordPress skills, and experience with CRM systems. Familiarity with Klaviyo or Mailchimp, as well as the ability to leverage social media for outreach, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Email Marketing: Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns using Klaviyo or Mailchimp. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• CRM Management( ---------- ): Utilize CRM systems to manage and segment customer lists, track engagement, and automate workflows.
• WordPress: Maintain and update website content on WordPress. Basic skills in page creation, plugin management, and troubleshooting are required.
• Social Media Outreach: Use social media platforms for cold messaging and engaging with potential leads. Develop strategies to increase reach and response rates.
• Analytics: Monitor and report on email and social media campaign performance. Use insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in email marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Basic proficiency in WordPress; familiarity with page builders and plugins.
• Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Ability to craft compelling messages for cold outreach on social media.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification or coursework in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Experience in e-commerce or related industries.
