YouTube Automation and YouTube Channel Management

I am looking for someone that has built and has done YouTube Faceless Automation Channels and understands the YouTube algorithm, metrics, and SEO. I am looking for someone who can create engaging videos with American voiceover. The niche is in the AFFIRMATIONS topic. You will be responsible for making 12 -15 minute videos and managing the YouTube Channel. This Channel will be brand new. I am looking between 12-15 videos per month. This is for a long term position. Please only apply if you have experience and know how to grow a channel and are actively working to get tons of views. This person should be motivated and is willing to get compensated through performance once we get through the beginning stages. Growth of the Channel must be organic. I am not interested in any BOT growth or hacks. The perfect candidate will respond to ongoing direction and discussions within a timely manner.
