What you'll do:
Marketing Project Coordinator:
Assist the Senior Marketing Project Manager with creative processes and project management tasks.
Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and team progress using project management software.
Facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholders, outside contractors, vendors, and creative agencies.
Assist in campaign execution: preparing creative briefs, timelines, resource allocation, presentations, and track deliverables.

The ideal candidate has:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, campaign management, or digital marketing
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational abilities
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp or Monday, Google Suite; familiarity with design tools like Figma
