Job Description:
QKINGS Carpet and Maid Services is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team as a B2B Cold Calling Specialist. This role is crucial in helping us expand our client base by targeting businesses across Southern California, from Los Angeles to Palm Springs. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to set up appointments with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct B2B Cold Calls:

Make outbound calls to businesses within the specified region to introduce our services.
Engage with decision-makers and present the value of our carpet, tile and grout cleaning, installations, maid services, and janitorial services.
Appointment Setting:

Set up appointments for in-person meetings or virtual consultations with potential clients.
Coordinate appointment schedules and ensure all relevant details are communicated to the sales team.
Script Personalization:

Follow a provided script while customizing conversations based on the specific business type and needs.
Adapt the script as necessary to effectively address the potential client’s pain points.
Lead Qualification:

Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining if they are a good fit for our services.
Handle objections professionally and effectively to secure appointments.
Call Logging and Follow-Up:

Maintain a detailed log of all calls made, including outcomes and any follow-up actions required.
Schedule and conduct follow-up calls as necessary to convert leads into appointments.
Performance Reporting:

Regularly report on the number of calls made, appointments set, and any feedback received from prospects.
Provide insights and suggestions for improving the cold calling process.
Qualifications:
Experience:

Proven experience in B2B cold calling with a successful track record of setting appointments.
Experience in the Southern California market or similar regions is a plus.
Skills:

Excellent communication and sales skills in English.
Strong ability to engage and build rapport with business decision-makers over the phone.
Familiarity with CRM tools for logging calls, managing leads, and tracking outcomes.
