Go High Level Expert with Chat Bot Experience (Intermediate-High)

Are you a Go High Level expert with a proven track record of implementing AI chatbots? Do you excel in client-facing roles and thrive in environments where communication is key? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our dynamic team, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimising our systems and enhancing client engagement through innovative chatbot solutions.

**Role is for an Australian company, and will operate in AEST timezone 9-5pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, customise, and fine-tune chatbots, including prompt creation/optimisation.

Develop, manage, and optimise workflows and accounts within Go High Level.

Collaborate closely with clients, marketing, and sales teams to integrate chatbots into broader automation strategies to see results.

Creation of support/training material for clients if required.

Conduct client consultations and video calls to discuss project progress, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with client goals.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to chatbot performance and integration with Go High Level, as well as generl GHL support.

Stay updated with the latest trends in chatbot technology and Go High Level to maintain cutting-edge solutions for our clients.
Requirements:

ABOUT YOU:

Demonstrated experience with Go High Level and the implementation of AI chatbots.

Strong understanding of automation workflows and the ability to leverage them for measurable business outcomes.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in speaking and taking client video calls.

Proven ability to customise chatbot functionalities to meet specific business and client needs.

Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail and good time management.

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clients to achieve desired outcomes.
