Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact new leads and guide them towards booking a call with one of our Investment Advisors. This position is crucial in helping us connect with potential investors and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:
- Call and Engage New Leads: Proactively reach out to leads generated by our marketing team.
- Qualify Prospects: Assess the interest and investment potential of leads through effective communication.
- Schedule Appointments: Guide qualified leads to book a call with our Investment Advisors, ensuring a smooth handoff.
- Maintain CRM Records: Accurately record all interactions and updates in our CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Provide timely follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and maximize booking rates.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead engagement strategies.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Sales Orientation: A strong desire to learn and grow within the investment and sales field.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, email, and other communication tools.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
