Real Estate Virtual Assistant

DUTIES NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Management of monthly client/database marketing touch system.
- Management of social media platforms using social graphic templates.
- Development of marketing content creation.
- General upkeep of data in the company's CRM.
- General upkeep of company's Google Drive.
- Send out general administrative documents and emails to clients, agents, and other parties necessary.
- Assistance on general tasks requested by direct reports.
- Assist Direct Reports with the development of systems and processes.
- System onboarding for new agent recruits.

WORKING HOURS:
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours of Availability: 20 hours a week from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

WAGES:
US Client will pay compensation to Independent Contractor for the Services at a rate of $6 USD per hour. $120 USD will be paid weekly on Fridays at the end of the working day. Wages will be sent via Wise.

TRAINING:
For the first working week, Independent Contractor will be working 3 hours a day for training. Payment for the 6 working hours will be disbursed via WISE at the end of the week. After the first working week, Independent Contractor will start working the 20 hours a week outlined in this agreement.

It is mandatory that each Independent Contractor take part in the 30 day training program. Search7Cities promises to provide specific training that will set the Independent Contractor up for lasting success in this role. This includes training on Search7Cities' systems, processes, and tasks that are required of the Independent Contractor. After the 30 day program is completed, Search7Cities will be there for training and support, however, it is up to the Independent Contractor to undergo ongoing training that will keep their skillset growing for the betterment of the team.
After the 30 day training program is completed, the Director of Operations will conduct a review of Independent Contractor’s knowledge and performance in the role. This will have a direct impact on their review, and will be a direct reflection of the growth and success that they have provided the team. This same review will be every 6 months after the first 30 day review.
