We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant with Expertise in Branding & Marketing

Are you a creative and driven individual with a passion for building and enhancing brands? We’re looking for a talented Virtual Assistant to join our Singapore-based team to help launch and manage a few of our new businesses: a Home Cleaning Business and various Home Interior Design Firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Creation & Development: Take the lead in creating a brand-new identity, including logo design, color schemes, fonts, uniforms, and branding guidelines.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to launch the brand and establish a strong online presence.
Content Creation: Manage and create content for Instagram and TikTok, including reels, photos, and posts that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
Graphic & Video Editing: Bring your creative vision to life through graphic design, video editing, and content building.
Website Enhancement: Improve and maintain the websites for both businesses, ensuring they reflect the brand’s identity.

Team Size:

Open to a 1-2 person team but will first look to hire the Branding and Marketing lead first to curate and build the brand before maybe looking at expanding the team if necessary.

Requirements:

A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Experience in similar industries or projects.
Prior work with Singapore companies is a plus.
Highly creative, with a strong sense of branding and design aesthetics.
