IT SPECIALIST

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, virtual machine management, server handling, and graphic design. Excellent communication skill in English is essential. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, maintaining websites, managing virtual environments, and contributing to our visual content needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Web Design and Maintenance:
-Design, develop, and maintain company websites.
-Ensure websites are user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for search engines.
2. Virtual Machine Management:
-Set up, manage, and troubleshoot virtual machines (VMs)
-Monitor VM performance and optimize resources to ensure smooth operation.
-Implement security measures to protect virtual environments.
3. Server Management:
-Install, configure, and maintain servers and server-based applications.
-Monitor server health and performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
-Perform regular backups, updates, and security patches.
4. Graphic Design:
-Create visually appealing graphics for web and print use, including marketing materials, social media posts, and website elements.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand standards.
-Maintain a portfolio of graphic assets for various projects.
5. Technical Support:
-Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
-Assist in training employees on IT systems and tools.
-Document and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
6. Communication:
-Communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers
-Prepare technical documentation and reports as needed.
-Maintain clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, in English.
7. Other ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
-Proven experience in web design, server management, and virtual machine handling.
-Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
-Strong understanding of server infrastructure and network security.
-Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
-Familiarity with Wix is a PLUS
-Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
