Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager who is not only adept at driving sales but also possesses hands-on guitar technician skills. The ideal candidate will be deeply knowledgeable about headless instruments, particularly in the Steinberger line, and will have the ability to provide expert guidance to customers and our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
* Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques.
* Identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base.

Customer Interaction:
* Engage directly with customers, providing expert advice on headless guitars and basses, parts, and accessories.
* Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Technical Expertise:
* Utilize your guitar technician experience to assist with product setups, repairs, and modifications as needed.
* Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights into customer needs and preferences.
* Train the sales team on the technical aspects of our products to ensure they can confidently assist customers.

Inventory and Product Management:
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the fulfillment center to ensure availability of high-demand products.
* Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to help guide future product development.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the musical instrument sector.
* In-depth knowledge of headless guitars and basses, particularly Steinberger models.
* Hands-on experience as a guitar or bass technician, with strong technical skills in instrument setup and repair.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
