Mortgage Field Service/ Property Preservation Processor
Position Overview: The Processor plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all documentation related to property preservation. This role involves reviewing and processing work orders, communicating with field teams, and maintaining detailed records.
Primary Responsibilities:
Specialize in Field Service Processing and Data Entry for Property Preservation companies using:
SafeGuard,
AssetSheild,
MCS,
M&M,
IMS,
MSI,
First Allegiance,
Guardian,
BrookStone,
Sand Castle,
Altisource,
Property Preservation Wizard (PPW).
Have skills in processing any kind of preservation work orders such as Property Preservation, REO Maintenance, Hazard Repair and Property Inspection that includes:
Photo Analyzing,
Labeling and Uploading
Damage Reportin
Cost Estimator Creating
Bidding
Invoicing
Specialized on Vendor and Client Management that includes:
Recruiting Field Contractors
Assigning Orders
Client Support

Documentation Review and Processing:
Review incoming documentation from field teams, including inspection reports, maintenance logs, and repair records.
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with HUD and bank requirements.
Submission and Compliance:
Process and submit documentation to clients within required timeframes.
Monitor compliance with regulatory guidelines and client specifications.
Familiar or comfortable with PPW software.
Communication and Issue Resolution:
Collaborate with contractors and field teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues in documentation.
Provide feedback to field teams to improve the accuracy and timeliness of submitted work.
Record Maintenance:
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all property preservation activities.
Assist with preparing for audits and compliance checks by ensuring all records are complete and accessible.
Financial Support:
Assist with the preparation and submission of invoices for completed work.
Ensure that all billable work is accurately documented and accounted for.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a processing role, preferably within the real estate or property preservation industry.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
