About the job:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will coach and develop the recruiting team, oversee talent acquisition, and enhance recruitment strategies using data and AI tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Coach and develop the team.
• Analyze the data and use it to make decisions.
• Oversee and manage the company's LinkedIn account, including content strategy, posting, and engagement to enhance employer branding and attract talent.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of recruiters and the recruitment process, with a proven track record in talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to hire qualified candidates faster.
• Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and solid experience using AI tools like ChatGPT.

Preferred Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Standard Time

Salary and Benefits:
• Salary Range: 70K to 100K PHP
