Job Summary:
The IT Project Engineer is at the forefront of executing a variety of critical IT projects for our clients. Your expertise will be key in planning, migrating, and implementing a range of technologies, ensuring seamless transitions and optimized outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Active Directory to Entra ID Migrations
• File Sharing Platform Migrations
• Workstation Setup & Migrations
• Firewall Migrations
• Azure Cloud PC Implementations
• Wi-Fi Migrations
• Documentation
• Escalation Point For Tech Team

Qualifications:
• MINIMUM 2 years experience working for an MSP
• MINIMUM 8 years of experience in the IT field
• Well versed and experienced in PSA and/or ticketing software used in MSP companies like Autotask PSA or Connectwise
• Hands-on experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools used in MSP companies like Datto RMM, Connectwise Automate, Syncro MSP, Ninja RMM
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Entra ID, Active Directory and highly experienced in building, configuring, maintaining, and migrating to/from these environments
• Experience in documenting projects, configurations, and client environments in systems like IT Glue
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated quiet place to work from home that is free from distractions
• You must be able to work in the PST time zone
• Must have fluency in English, both written and oral (Must have a rating of C1 or C2 in English)

Best Candidates Also Have:
• MSP (Billable) Project Experience
• Windows Setup & Migrations
• Certifications in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and other relevant certifications
• Wi-Fi network design and implementation experience
• Competence in PowerShell and scripting languages
• Highly organized and keep projects on track to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Highly analytical with creative problem-solving skills and able to adapt quickly to new challenges
• Deadline driven, excel under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines while keeping high-quality standards
• Great communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships, clearly explain technical concepts, and ensure clients feel valued
• Team player who is easy to work with and can collaborate effectively with colleagues
