Job Posting: LinkedIn Recruiter Specialist for Real Estate

Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)

Position: Full-Time

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled LinkedIn Recruiter Specialist to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is a recruiting expert with a proven track record of leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter to find and filter high-quality candidates quickly. If you have a knack for corporate recruiting, are familiar with the traits of successful leasing or sales real estate agents and are available to work full-time during Eastern Standard Time (EST), we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates for various positions in the real estate industry.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the requirements for leasing and sales real estate agent roles.
Manage and prioritize multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality candidates within tight deadlines.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine search criteria.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruiting and real estate.
Qualifications:

Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Strong background in corporate recruiting with the ability to manage high volumes of candidates efficiently.
Demonstrated success in finding and placing qualified candidates quickly.
Knowledge of the real estate industry, including an understanding of what makes a successful leasing or sales real estate agent, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to work full-time during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in real estate recruiting or working with real estate professionals.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
