JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT ME
I started PBR, which is a company that helps pediatricians pass their medical board exams. PBR offers hardcopy books, online resources, and a live course (taught by me) that we offer to pediatricians all year long.

I'm looking for a rockstar Instructional Designer who is organized, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator. The role is to design, develop, and implement SOPs and workflows using the Playbook Builder tool. The ideal candidate has strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and experience in instructional design. The Instructional designer should excel at translating complex processes into user-friendly documentation and working collaboratively with various stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Design and Development:
Develop and design SOPs, workflows, and training materials using the Playbook builder tool.
Create clear, concise, and visually appealing documentation that is easy to understand and follow.
Ensure all materials are consistent with organizational standards and best practices.
? Collaboration:
Work closely with the team to gather information and insights necessary for creating accurate and comprehensive SOPs and workflows.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure that all processes are documented accurately and efficiently.
? Evaluation and Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and update existing SOPs and workflows to ensure they remain current and effective.
Implement feedback from the team to improve the quality and usability of documentation.
? Training and Support:
Provide training and support to the team on how to use SOPs and workflows effectively.
Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
? Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, technical writing, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing SOPs, workflows, and training materials.
Familiarity with Playbook builder tools or similar documentation software.
? Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using instructional design software and tools.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
? Knowledge:
Understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Knowledge of process improvement and documentation best practices.
? Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a corporate or technical environment.
Certification in instructional design or a related field.
Familiarity with different project management tools.
