As a Web Designer & Developer for Webflow, your main responsibilities will be creating and managing websites. We have a rapidly growing business and are developing more within our home improvement service. All of these require skilled writing to maintain and grow.

### **Web Design:**

- Collaborate with the team to design Low-Fi and High-Fi prototypes for GorbMedia clients.
- Improve and provide suggestions for better UX and UI designs.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly layouts.
- Ensure the website is responsive and compliant across mobile, tablet, and desktop formats.
- Integrate relevant content and media in collaboration with the marketing and content teams.
- Conduct user research and testing to refine design solutions.

### **Web Development:**

- Develop and implement website features using Webflow, including new pages, components, and functionality.
- Ensure website performance and security by applying best practices in development.
- Upload videos and write/add informative content as required.
- Create and maintain internal tools and automation to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent performance.

### **Website Technical SEO:**

- Publish SEO-optimized websites, focusing on:
- Alt text for images
- Page speed optimization
- Proper page structure and headings
- Image compression
- Canonical tags
- Configuration of robots.txt file
- XML sitemaps
- Page indexing
- Google Analytics
- and other SEO Compliance requirements
- Stay informed about the latest Webflow SEO optimization recommendations and industry best practices.
- Implement schema markup, including local, review, and organizational schemas.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Implement technical SEO recommendations for clients.
- Conduct technical audits to ensure website health and performance.

### **Communication and Collaboration:**

- Communicate and collaborate with the team to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work and adherence to project deadlines.
- Assist in managing and executing various micro-projects as needed.
- Provided technical support and troubleshooted website-related issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices.
